RIJ is a DJ and music curator focused on melodic house, melodic techno, and afro house. His sets blend smooth transitions with global rhythms, creating a vibe that works just as well during a sunset session as it does in peak night time energy. The goal is always the same, to keep people moving and create a connection through sound.

He got into DJing after being inspired by a major music festival experience. What started as curiosity quickly turned into a consistent practice. He began building a catalog, learning the craft, and shaping a sound that draws from deep grooves, melodic builds, and percussion-driven rhythms. With a background in live percussion and an ear for detail, his approach is rooted in both feel and structure.

Performance wise, he brings presence without needing to be the center of attention. His focus is on reading the room, keeping the energy right, and letting the music guide the experience. Whether it’s an open air day set or a packed night time dance floor, he keeps the flow tight and the vibe intentional.

He’s currently focused on refining his live sets and building a larger presence through mixes and shows. Looking ahead, he’s aiming for festival bookings, club residencies, and collaborations that push his sound forward while staying true to his roots.

What he wants people to remember isn’t just the tracklist or the transitions, it’s the feeling of change.The kind of shift that lingers after the lights come up, when the night is over but something inside still resonates.
