Kay Cote is the founder of Amplify EDM LLC and the host of Redefining Music. With a background in live radio, podcasting, emcee hosting, and writing for publications, Kay has been helping artists find their voice and build their careers since 2020. She has covered Miami Music Week as official press for two years running, moderated festival panels at Sound Camp, and coached dozens of artists through brand development, communication, and audience growth. As a vocalist and artist herself, Kay made her live vocal debut at Dazzle in December 2025. She is known as a connector in the dance music community and a voice for artists navigating the industry with greater confidence, clarity, and purpose.

Evan is the man behind the Redefining Music Live show, directing all audio visuals and ensuring every event is captured and produced at the highest level. With over 12 years in tech and cyber security, he brings a sharp technical foundation to everything he touches. Beyond production, Evan is the creator of What's On My Mind Radio, a weekly show on After Hours FM, and performs as a DJ and producer under the No Light Thing alias — known for deeply curated sets that take listeners on a journey through sound.

Over four decades of music industry experience with Night Ranger, Journey, The Doobie Brothers, Smokey Robinson, and many more.
Mike entered the music industry in 1981 at age 17, discovering Missing Persons and helping negotiate their first Capitol Records deal. He went on to work with Night Ranger, The Doobie Brothers, Journey, Kansas, Gucci Mane, Offset, and others, and was instrumental in building the national merchandising powerhouse Winterland. He currently works with Smokey Robinson and Earth Wind & Fire through his company The Machine Productions.
Mike was the first CEO and co-creator of Rock & Brews with Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley of KISS, and co-founded Big City Bagels — growing it to over 120 units with an IPO valued at over $100 million. He holds a PMP from Villanova University and an MBA from Henley on Thames, a division of Oxford University.
