Arrive 30 minutes early to settle in and get comfortable before we roll. The full show runs 45 minutes across all four parts. If you are playing a set that evening, your live performance follows the podcast recording.

Remote recording via video call

Your story does not need a zip code. Virtual recordings follow the same four-part format and are produced to the same standard. All you need is a good internet connection, a quiet space, and a camera. We will handle the rest and send you your edited files just the same.


FAQ

Do I need to prepare anything before the episode? +
Not in a scripted way. The best episodes happen when guests show up as themselves. That said, think about one or two moments in your career that really shaped you. Come ready to be honest and have a good time.
Can I promote something during my episode? +
Yes and we encourage it. Part four of the show is specifically designed for you to share your contact info, social handles, upcoming releases, shows, or anything you want listeners to know about.
What if I mess up or want to redo something? +
Totally fine. This is a conversation not a performance. If you stumble or want to restate something just say so and we will pick it back up. Everything goes through editing before it is published.
How long before my episode goes live? +
Production timelines vary but you will be notified before your episode drops so you have time to prepare your own posts. We will send your edited deliverables ahead of the release date.
Can I see the episode before it goes live? +
We do not do formal approvals as part of the standard process but if you have a specific concern about something discussed, reach out and we will address it directly. Our goal is always to represent every guest in the best light.
What do I need for a virtual recording? +
A stable internet connection, a quiet room with decent lighting, and a camera. Headphones are strongly recommended. We will send you the platform link and do a quick tech check before we start rolling.
What if I want to share my episode on social media? +
Please do! Tag us on Instagram at @amplifyedm and on YouTube at youtube.com/redefining-music. We will also deliver your short form clips ready to post.
